Oct 13, 2009 5:08 pm: I had taken jack3d and superpump 250, and compared to these other pre workout supps this one is really easy on me. I didn't feel like i was vibrating with energy and i didn't loose the intensity of my workout towards the end, which is what i wanted out of a pre workout supplement in the first place. Endurance without harsh side effects like fake strength, a boiling hot sensation or shaking or an overall strange sensation. I probably won't end up buying this product again but i'm sure it will help get me through until my actual order from BB.com gets to my house.
