Aug 20, 2009 11:43 am: Muscle Milk & Oats is THE BEST. Quick, healthy, convenient - I keep at work and eat it every mid-morning. It's awesome and keeps me satisfied until lunch. I don't get these guys that couldn't eat it because of the taste. I find that it's so delicious - vanilla's my fave - that I actually look forward to it. A+!!
