Goal: "june 10 08 i weigh about 175 , i wanna gain approximately 25 more pounds of muscle,then see how i look and move on from there."

Goal: "Drop to 125-130 lbs by the end of summer and hopefully compete in a Muay Thai fight at the end of 2009 or in 2010."
