Dec 10, 2009 2:37 am: This product really gives you skin tearing effect after you consume but not doesn't gives me much energy. As for the product it does mix very well even with cold water but as for the taste it absolutely terrible.White Raspberry Flavor is the one i have try and it really taste like medicine to me. Wanted to throw out during my workout training. Lucky its free sample now they are charging 0.25c.
