I Will say that I don't like the taste and don't understand how so many people can say they love it. I do think that it can provide some energy to help you get through your workout. The pump is hit or miss with me. Sometimes it seems to do better than others. I don 't have any problem keeping it down and I take it about 30 minutes before I workout. Overall I think it is a strong product and would recommend anyone who is looking for something like this to give it a try.
