Sep 28, 2009 8:55 pm: I have used this product off and on for 5 years, and have competed at the World Class track & field level. I can say without question, that this is the best legal supplement you can take for CNS stimulation. I use eggs and Diet Caffeine Free Diet coke as aids (recommended by the manufacturer), and I can say without question that this product works as advertised.
