Jun 15, 2009 9:15 pm: I loved this product the first time I used it. I lost 18 pounds in a month while using this supplement. I was on an intense diet so results may vary depending on how strict your diet was. You felt the effect on you right away and while lifting it gave me a pump that shocked me. You have to drink a lot of water while using this product or else you will get dizzy easily. The second time I uses this supplement the results weren't as effective. Like all supplements that you take twice. But another attribute to this was that my diet was crap. I dropped 5 lbs but that was without a diet. I recommend this product. -2 pills right when I woke up -2 pills 15-20 min prior to workout
