Jun 8, 2009 5:25 pm: Tried it and id say it does work..with some thumbs-down about it.Good thing is that it gives me energy and i have better pumps.You know it works when you start feeling all tingly.But i have noticed that maybe halfway through my workout,i feel tired and i dont have much energy to finish.Tastes OK but you have to mix it really good cause those little bits in there arent the best thing to taste.
