I have tried BSN Thermonex, SAN Tight Hardcore, Nutrex lipo 6x and others, none of them has worked as well for me persoally but with my diet and exercise program (that i started before taking this product so i can use it as a control for comparison) i lost 14lbs from the 1st bottle! i tried thermonex after that, didn't see results as much so i am now starting my second bottle, cnt wait to c the results!!!
