Back in the day when Arnold, Franco & the boys were trying to build muscle they took handfuls of desiccated liver tablets and they really helped. Well desiccated liver is still going strong except that Beverly International now makes sure that theirs is from Argentinean beef raised without any chemical assistance. They have no aftertaste, are pure 100% protein and I believe really helped me go from fat to fit. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
