Jul 29, 2009 11:05 am: This is almost a mandatory supplement for me. It has 2 of the most important building blocks, glutamine and BCAAs. I recover much faster when using this, and my strength seems to go up pretty good too. I would rate this a 10, but the flavor seems way too strong for my taste. I am getting used to it now, but at first it was horrible.
