Betancourt Nutrition BCAA Chewies Reviews

Oct 23, 2009 11:20 am: I ordered these because I have a hard time swallowing pills. The directions say to take 4 chewables before and after working out which is 2000mg, same does as the ON BCAA's in pill form. I agree the taste is chalky and best to drink with water or pre-workout drink. The blue is the most sour, so next time I won't order the variety.
