Oct 22, 2009 8:41 pm: Hmm, so this is one of the better vegan protein powders I've tried, in terms of overall quality. Taken in the AM, it mixes all right in my mason jar with almond milk and ice cubes (7/10) and I have absolutely no digestion issues from this product. The taste is okay, just okay and tastes really plant fiber-ish, which is probably because it's a plant-based supplement! The texture is somewhat gritty, but it's no big deal. I like this because, at least according to the labeling, the amino acid profile is better than your average non-vegan protein source and it isn't loaded with sugar. If you're vegan looking for a non-soy protein, I'd recommend this supplement.
