Mar 10, 2009 10:55 am: This product was recommended by a body builder from Florida whom I respect, when I tried the product I felt my metabolism racing a bit, like a caffeine rush but I didn't have a crash, something that subsided the second day and so on. I feel this bottle is more of a sugar pill to get you going, it really is up to your workout and nutrition to get the results. But most of us need that catalyst at some point in time, is good to know that is not too intense, but once I finish my bottle (after using 2), I will not be taking it for a while.
