Oct 18, 2009 10:52 pm: Ok first off I love Allmax, they're cGMP certified, they list every detail about the ingredients and their amounts. I love isoflex so I figured this stuff would be great also. Looking at the label, the ingredients look great and 70 servings for about $40 is about standard. Here is the problem; the taste is quite bad in my opinion. Maybe myofusion has spoiled me but this stuff just makes me gag. I tend to drink this stuff by relaxing my throat and letting it go down without tasting it. On the otherhand, this powder is one of the few that doesnt cause any gastrointestinal discomfort for me besides myofusion. If anything the overall product is great, but the taste drags it down. So if taste isnt an issue for you, I would recommend this product as a basic, all around protein. But go somewhere else if your taste buds are fussy.
