AST Multi Pro 32X Reviews

Nov 4, 2009 9:12 am: Even though vitamins can be difficult to evaluate by simply taking them, I believe AST Multi Pro 32x vitamins have some positive qualities that I have been able to appreciate. One of the most easily appreciable qualities of AST Multi Pro 32x vitamins is the value, especially the 200 count bottle. They're not as cheap as something you'll get the drug store, but they are specially tailored to people who have higher needs than the average person. In another compoarison to drug store vitamins, AST Multi Pro 32x vitamins don't have that hard shell around them that the store brands do. Previously I had been taking Centrum multi, and they have a thick coating (I guess for longer shelf life). Because of the shell, I would break each Centrum vitamin in half so I could digest it more readily. I would often get slightly sick to my stomach especially if I took the Centrums on light to empty stomach (in fairness the instructions say to take with a meal). The AST Multi Pro's cause no stomach irritation, empty stomach or not, and they seem disolve quickly. I am currently dieting and exercising to lose a lot of fat, and the AST Multi Pro 32x's seem to be helping my overall health during this increased load accompanied by decreased food intake. I believe that AST's Multi Pro 32x is a good vitamin and I'll continue using it.
